When the Centre Does Not Hold: Reclaim your Power

The word 'Awakened' suggests the state of being lucid, alert, and aware. It reflects being fully present in the body, with an energetically focused consciousness.

In reality, we all sometimes feel scattered, fragmented, or drifting, both in our conscious, waking state and in our unconscious, multidimensional existence.

Regarding this last point, many teachers, including Seth, discuss the Soul existing beyond the here and now, simultaneously in past, future, and parallel dimensions, an experience that can be enriching but also confusing.

The perception I want to address here is the uncomfortable, if not painful, sensation of being lost, unable to concentrate and emotionally unsteady. As if our energetic centre was not holding and we were floating adrift in Samsara, the river of life.

We then need to reclaim our power and anchor it centred in the energy body, in the heart chakra.

In our daily lives, we engage with many people and activities, whether at work, with friends and family, or during our creative pursuits. Each aspect or relationship demands our attention and absorbs our energy to different degrees.

Various patterns of reactivity can contribute to the drain of energy, such as overachieving, pleasing, or feeling fearful, among others, all of which inevitably throw us off centre.

Regarding our multidimensional selves, these may be acting out discordant issues, rooted in ancestral conditioning, karmic wounding or extra-souls entanglements of various kinds.

When I was a child, I was unaware of my psychic nature. My family described me as a dreamy child, with my head always lost in the clouds. I enjoyed sleeping, drifting in who knows what multidimensional dreams, and when I returned to my waking state, I would feel evanescent, somehow spaced out.

As a young adult, I found myself caught in a pleasing pattern, giving my energy away to everyone—family, teachers, friends and lovers. I would often give in to other people’s agendas and struggle to assert my own needs. I would be an introvert and stay isolated because people drained me constantly.

On a spiritual level, I recall my partner, in my early stages of awakening, clearing countless disincarnates and extra Souls from my aura because I was energetically too open and lacked boundaries.

Consciousness is a vast field of energy, and we all exist in Oneness; however, there is value in individuation, in holding the universal power concentrated in focused awareness.

Allow me to suggest two ways to hold your centre of power

1. Position your energy body within a spatial field, which aligns vertically between the Earth and the Soul core, and horizontally amidst the four cardinal directions.

This is achieved through imagination and breath.

Visualise being anchored by a chord of light connected to the centre of the Earth below and to the centre of your Soul Star high above in the cosmos.

Wherever you are, the vessel of your energy body, the Merkaba of light, remains at the centre of the four cardinal points.

Focus your attention on the Heart centre and breathe in and out from there.

2. Set the intention to reclaim all the power you have dispersed across any dimension.

Here is an example of a possible decree:

I am present, awake and connected to Spirit. Here and now.

I release any energy that is not mine from my aura and energy body.

I let go of emotions, thoughts, chords, and ties of any kind that might bind me and drain my power. I release them all from my energy body.

I reclaim all my energy from wherever I may have lost it, whether from spouses, children and other relatives, ancestors, friends, lovers, teachers, mentors, therapists, jobs, projects, or any other activity.

I also retrieve any fragmented part of myself from all past, parallel and future existences, closing and sealing off any negative bleed-throughs.

I now draw all my power as light back to my centre.

I stand strong and grounded in Being.

I am focused, aware, centred, and expanded at the same time.

Visualise a protection around your space in any way you prefer. You stay in control of when and how to open your sacred space.

Life is a dance, a flow.

Where everyone moves freely.

Each connected to their Centre of Light and to one another.

The Light is One.

The Light is aware.
