Through joyful contact with the gorgeous, natural environment and gentle inner work we will be restoring your physical vitality and welcoming your creative inspiration in the magical and unspoilt mountains of Slovenia. Based in a small village in the Triglav National Park the retreat is situated in an area that is truly paradise on earth. Emerald rivers, tranquil lakes, peaceful trails and beautiful walks through meadows of wild flowers await, to nourish your senses and revive your spirit.
The awe-inspiring location and the expertly crafted schedule of inner work and activities are specifically designed to offer you space to reconnect with yourself, to pause for inner reflection. Our invitation is for you to journey inwards, releasing that which no longer serves you and invites you to a new vision, focus or perspective for your life. We will be working with the Five Elements of Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Space to relax, recharge and reconnect to your unique inner strengths. Through time in nature, sharing circles, energy healing, yoga and body work, lots of good food and community celebration we will be cultivating more aliveness, joy and focused creativity.
Our dedicated group of experienced facilitators will ease you into your own personal journey: into transformation, inspiration and wellbeing. The daily structure of yoga and breath work, outings in nature, group healing sessions and time for personal practice is flexible, you choose your level of participation. On offer there is also joyful community entertainment, massage and yoga or healing sessions.
The traditional Slovenian guesthouse is located in a small village in the Triglav National Park, at the foot of majestic Mount Mangart, near the turquoise River Soca and captivating Lake Fusine. The house itself is surrounded by a spacious, tranquil garden. Its delightful bedrooms are all renovated to a high standard, accommodating a total of just fourteen guests. The beautiful old barn adjacent the guesthouse has been transformed into a large, bright, split-level studio and communal space for workshops, relaxation and cooking. All meals are included in the cost of the retreat and are lovingly homemade by our local chef.

Arrival: Thursday by 5.00pm - supper included
Departure: Monday after 4.00pm - lunch included
Thursday 3 - Evening: opening the group sacred space, intention setting
Friday 4 - Earth element: nourishment, feeling safe and cultivating stillness
Saturday 5 - Water and Fire elements: letting go, release and transformation
Sunday 6 - Air and Space element: purpose and vision; centring and protection
Friday and Saturday include an excursion in nature.
Activities also include: circle time for sharing, yoga and breath work, group healing workshops, personal self-reflection time, community entertainment and celebration.
Massage, one-to-one yoga and healing sessions are available at an additional cost.
