WISE WOMAN writing and meditation series offers 3 searching webinars drawing on the power of individual and collective experience to reimagine a vision of courageous Feminine strength.
So, what on earth might a WISE WOMAN be?
Wise woman knows nothing and knows she knows nothing, all the while trusting her inner truth, no matter how much it changes. Wise woman dances on the bones of her ancestors with gentle feet, with reverence and a degree of healthy disdain. Don’t be fooled, for in her wisdom she feels her foolishness. Wise woman lives as if she has lived before and as if she has never lived before at the same time. She mothers sisters, friends and strangers, doesn’t care what your credentials might be. She sees your tender heart and welcomes you back to yourself. Wise woman might be younger than anyone realises.
We welcome you to be curious. Dare to free your senses in meditation and writing to conjure your wise woman in whatever shapes and forms she may find. Together we will call upon elemental archetypes, myths, stories, inspirational figures from history to feed different kinds of writing. Join us for playful exploration, inner diving, reinvigorating connection with the heart of all life.
All ticket holders will be provided with a link to a recording after each session which will be available for 3 weeks.
DIANE SAMUELS has been writing plays for theatre and radio, stories, and teaching Creative Writing to all ages and levels of experience for over 30 years. Her work has been widely produced and published, including award-winning play, KINDERTRANSPORT which has been broadcast by BBC Radio, performed in the West End, off-Broadway and all over the world.
