Attunement Meditation
In this meditation you will work with breath and awareness on the energy body, to release any physical and emotional tension and to access inner stillness. You will create your own protected sacred space where to recharge and connect to your Soul guidance.

MEDITATION SCRIPT

 

-       Be preferably sitting with the spine erect

 

-       Relax and focus on your breath. Take a few deep in breaths and release. Then breathe normally. Relax your body deeply.

 

-       Now bring the energy up and down the spine

With the inbreath the energy rises up the spine

With the outbreath the energy flows down the spine.

Breathing in – energy rising up to your crown

Breathing out – energy flowing down to the base of the spine

Breathe in and up

Breathe out and down

 

-       Now extend your attention to the earth below, to the Lower World

On the outbreath send the energy down into your body and legs and into the earth

Imagine you are like a tree.

Imagine a root descending from the base of the spine into the earth

Breathe in and on the outbreath send your root deep down into the earth

Breathe in and on the outbreath send the energy down the root to the core

Breathe in and on the outbreath send the energy down to the earth core

Anchor yourself there. Lock the energy there

 

-       Run the Upward Current

Now draw the energy up from the core

Breathe in from the core and on the outbreath send the energy up your body

Breathe in and up into your body

Breathe out and push the energy out of the crown

Breathe in and on the outbreath push the energy up the spine to your crown and out as a fountain. 

Inbreath – bring the energy up into the body

Outbreath – push the energy up the spine and out of the crown

Breathe in your body - breathe out of the crown

 

-       Intend that the Upward current release all tension in the body 

Breathe in and on the outbreath push all negative tension out of the crown.

Breathe the energy in your belly and on the outbreath release tension out of your crown

 

Put the attention on the inner body

Notice how you are feeling in the body

If there is any tension and where

Scan your body

Legs, belly, chest, neck and shoulders, head

Breathe in and on the outbreath release tension out of the crown

 

Breath through the tension

Breathe in the tension

On the outbreath breathe through it

Breathe in and on the outbreath release it

Breathe through the tension

Feel it softening and opening, and breathe it out of the crown

 

Notice if you have any feeling arising

Notice if any feelings are arising

Maybe sadness or grief, anger or stress, anxiety

Keep breathing and intend to release the feelings as well

You want to breathe any feeling arising out of the crown

 

Do you have any thoughts, memories, images, mind restlessness?

Breathe them all out gently, with no forcing, just intending to release them through the breath.

 

You are Emptying, Emptying yourself

Emptying the central channel of the body

 

-       And you are opening like a flower

Breathe in and and open your upper body

Breathe in and on the outbreath open like a flower

Imagine stretching your arms upwards

Breathe in and open your upper body like a flower

 

-       Receive nourishment from the earth

Breathe in and receive

Breathe in and receive the energy from the earth

Breathe in and receive the energy from nature all around

Breathe in the mountains and the rocks, the trees and the meadows, the sea, the lakes and the rivers

 

-       Extend your attention upward to your Soul

Imagine a chord of light extending upwards from your crown

Breathe in and on the outbreath send a chord of light upwards

Breathe in and send a chord from the crown to your soul

Breathe deeply in

On the outbreath sent your energy upwards to your soul

Anchor yourself there, to your Soul star

 

-       Now call your Soul into your body

From your soul star take a deep inbreath and imagine a stream of light descending into your body.

Breathe in from the Soul star and receive light streaming down into your body

Breath in the energy from your soul

Breathe out and allow it down into your body, receive it

Into your head, chest, belly, legs.

Intend to receive your Soul in every cell of your body

Energy flowing down into your body, into to your roots, reaching the earth core

 

-       If there is any tension breath it out into the earth

If there is any resistance or contraction release it into the earth

Breathe out any residual tension into the earth

Surrender any resistance or tension into the earth

 

-       Now relax and allow your breath to slow down

Run both currents together.

You are anchored to the earth and to your Soul

Breathe in and up from the earth

Breath out and down from your Soul and the space above

Feel yourself connected below and above

Feel you are in a channel of energy

Breathing from the earth and breathing from your Soul and the space above

 

-       Centre now into your heart

Breathe in and out from the heart slowly

Just observe your breath and relax

Breathe in and out from your heart, feel your centre

Feel a stillness arising from deep within and opening your heart 

You are in the centre of your sacred space

You are centred in space within the 4 directions North, South, East and West

You are centred above and below

You are centred in your heart.

You are aware of the infinite space all around.

 

-       Create a bubble of light around you

For protection

You want your centre to feel safe

Feel peaceful in your sacred space

Feel safe and protected

Your space sealed

Just breathe and relax

Stay in your sacred space for as long as you want to

 

-       In your sacred space You are the Observer

The act of observing your tension, allows it to melt away

The act of observing your thoughts, allows you to know what is true for you

Just breathe and relax and stay in your space for as long as you need to

 

When you come back do it very slowly and gently.
